
Heng Jun Meng
Managing Director
Jun Meng advises on corporate, M&A, cryptocurrency and securities matters. He also has experience in innovation and technology matters, where he counsels clients on FinTech, regulatory matters and the structuring of new products and services.
Prior to founding Entra Law, Jun Meng was a director at a leading regional law network. He led the innovation and emerging companies practice in Singapore and was co-chair of the regional technology practice group. Jun Meng started his career in the corporate M&A practice of an international law firm in Singapore. Outside of practice, he served as the vice-chair of the IT committee of the Law Society of Singapore in 2021 and 2022.

Ho Xiu Fen
Counsel
Xiu Fen advises on corporate matters and transactions, including real estate transactions such as acquisitions, divestments, leasing, and general real estate matters. She has acted for major real estate investment trusts and public listed companies in transactions exceeding S$3 billion in total deal value.
Before joining Entra Law, Xiu Fen was practising at a leading Southeast-Asia based law firm.
Mubin Shah
Counsel
Mubin is an experienced arbitration and litigation lawyer with a strong focus on international trade, commodities, and shipping disputes. He advises and represents commercial clients in complex, high-value disputes across multiple jurisdictions, appearing in arbitrations under SIAC, ICC, HKIAC, GAFTA, and FOSFA rules, as well as before the Singapore courts.
He is known for delivering practical, commercially nuanced legal solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives. His practice spans international arbitration, commercial litigation, shareholder and director disputes, insolvency-related matters, and cross-border asset recovery. Recent work includes advising on cross-border shareholder disputes, providing strategic advice on employment issues, and handling a broad range of general litigation matters. Mubin holds an LLB from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from Nanyang Technological University. He is fluent in English with working proficiency in Malay and Bahasa Indonesia, and is regarded as a trusted adviser to international clients navigating complex disputes.
