We are pleased to announce the appointment of M&A specialist George Kho as Director. This appointment reinforces Entra Law’s M&A, venture capital and private equity offering as it continues to expand its cross-border transactional capability from Singapore.
George joins from top-tier international practice Ashurst Perkins Coie ADTLaw, where he was an Associate Director and a key member of its venture capital and private equity practice in Asia. He advises businesses (including startups, SMEs and Fortune 500 companies), venture capital firms, private equity firms and family offices across various sectors including technology, consumer, education, healthcare, manufacturing, construction and the public sector. He was named a Rising Star in ALB Asia’s Singapore Rising Stars 2023 and has been recognised by clients in IFLR1000 and Legal 500 for his commercial, business-focused advice.
