In August 2022, our Managing Director Heng Jun Meng co-conducted the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accredited workshop A Practical Guide to Cryptocurrency in Singapore: From a Tax, Regulatory and Accounting Perspective organised by Wolters Kluwer in Singapore, where he shared his practical experience and insights on legal issues affecting the crypto industry.

In the workshop, Jun Meng explained the concepts relating to crypto tokens, classification of crypto tokens, and key legal issues surrounding crypto projects. He also shared an outline of the regulatory framework in Singapore concerning cryptocurrency.
